After a very successful career in Banking, Tia McCarthy created Real Estate Expertise Pty Ltd in 2009.

Her last roles in banking included, Lending Manager (responsible for final sign off on granting a mortgage/loan) and as a Private Banker, (managing all banking needs for high net worth clients). The asset class, property, was where Tia really added value to her clients. As a licensed Real Estate Agent, Tia was consistently asked to assist her clients in selling or buying real estate. She realised there was a need for her services and Real Estate Expertise was born. Tia’s point of difference is her ability to quickly identify the needs of her clients, understand financial markets and provide superior customer service whilst having a thorough knowledge of property across Sydney and beyond.

Her Qualifications include, Diploma of Education, Diploma in Financial Planning, Licence in Real Estate Sales, Buyers Agent and Property Management.

Most of Tia’s business is by other clients referring friends and family to Tia. When meeting clients for the first time, Tia will suggest meeting over a casual coffee to understand your needs & see how she may be able to help you.
